What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned. To request a return, please contact us at JafraThobe@outlook.com.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Customized items, made-to-measure dresses, and items showing signs of use cannot be returned or refunded. We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 days. Customized orders may take 14–20 days depending on the design and measurements.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Jordan, where we work with skilled artisans to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 150 SEK within Sweden and 300 SEK worldwide.
