Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in its original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be free from perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear

Be returned in original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-measure dresses
- Items with customized length, sizing, or specifications
- Used or worn items
- Items with removed tags
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Any dress that appears worn will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers may choose one of the following return options:
- Self-paid return: You arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself
- Prepaid return label: We provide a return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please mark the package as a “returned item” to help avoid additional charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and approved after inspection, you will receive a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If a prepaid return label was used, the cost will be deducted from the refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
