Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–14 business days depending on the destination and shipping conditions. In some cases, delivery may take around 14–20 business days due to factors such as high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment and track its delivery status.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed.

FAQs

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned. To request a return, please contact us at JafraThobe@outlook.com.

Yes. Customized items, made-to-measure dresses, and items showing signs of use cannot be returned or refunded. We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
